Chef Kenny Breiman graduated the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York in 1989. He spent most of his early career working in NYC under 3 Star New York Times Chefs: David Burke, Charles Palmer, Tom Valenti & Rick Moonen. Kenny has opened many restaurants as Executive Chef. Restaurant Luna in Mt Kisco, Mighty Joe Young's in Hartsdale, X2O in Yonkers for Peter Kelly & The Terrace Club.
In 2013 believing farm to table was where the food industry should be focused, Kenny went back to school where he received a certificate in Organic farming at Hilltop Hanover Farm in Yorktown, New York. Learning about soil biology, composting, & growing, Kenny began recognizing the health benefits cannabis offered. He journeyed to Santa Cruz to learn about and master the most exciting ingredient of his lifetime, Cannabis. In 2016 while working an entire year on an outdoor farm in the Santa Cruz Mountains Kenny entered his first gummies in the Santa Cruz Cup and won first place in the infused edible sublingual category.
Kenny currently owns and operates Gezoont Goodies NY a small batch vape & edible cannabis processing & manufacturing business. With his 7 years of edible manufacturing experience from Santa Cruz behind him, he is following his lifelong dream to operate a Cannabis business in New York.
